責任と役割
- M&A、資金調達、事業計画などのCorporate Actionに関する財務分析・モデリング。
- 買収候補先の選定、デューデリジェンス、買収後のValue Creation Plan作成を支援。（biz plan, modeling, 一定のデータ分析）
- 市場、類似企業、類似取引のベンチマークを行い、エクイティストーリーや投資家向け資料の作成を支援。
- 資金需要、debt/equity比較など、資金調達に関する分析。
- Finance、Founders、事業チーム、外部アドバイザーと連携し、意思決定に必要な分析・資料・コミュニケーションを支援。
Requirements
必須要件
- 投資銀行、PE、VC、証券会社、事業会社の経営企画・財務、FAS、戦略コンサルティング、IR、または類似する分析業務での3年以上の実務経験。
- M&A、資金調達、事業計画、またはCorporate Actionに関する分析経験。
- PL、BS、CF、バリュエーション、シナリオ分析、事業計画作成を含む、財務分析・モデリングスキル。
- 曖昧なビジネス課題を構造化し、分析、提案、経営向け資料に落とし込める力。
- 高いオーナーシップ、学習意欲、成長企業で事業インパクトを出したいという意欲。
- ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語。
